Stability Stick was invented by Nicole Bobay, Pelvic Physical Therapist and Women's Health Clinical Specialist who has over 23 years of experience in clinical practice.

Nicole collaborated with a seasoned medical product engineer to translate clinical insight into practical design. Every element of the Stability Stick was carefully shaped for comfort, durability, and effectiveness—grounded in science, guided by care.

Nicole's Story

I've been using Muscle Energy to align the pelvis for years and most of the time I have seen an almost immediate improvement in the back, hip, and pelvic pain of my patients.

For a patient to perform this technique at home, one of the options was to use a broomstick or dowel rod to serve as the counterforce. What I discovered is that these options were NOT comfortable for patients therefore they were not very effective. That's when the idea of the Stability Stick came to my mind.

Divine Providence brought a team of people together to make Stability Stick a reality! This truly has become a Divine assignment for alignment and I am honored to be working with an amazing group of people to make this happen. I couldn't be more grateful!
